Community Center Rates

Weddings

Make your day special by renting our newly remodeled community center for your wedding.

Our community center offers a seated full room capacity of up to 708 guests.

The contract includes:

Rental of community center rooms including full kitchen for 2 days (Usually the day before for decorating and the day of your wedding).
Cleanup fee
Wifi
Use of our new PA system
Chairs
Tables (round or rectangle)
Risers
Projector and screen

Rental Cost:

All Rooms: $850.00
Additional day: $100
Damage deposit: $100

Contracts need to be signed and returned within 90 days with a non refundable holding fee of $100.00.

*Full payment is due 90 days prior to event.*

*Please note: Alcohol for your event is only provided by the Wabasso Lion’s club. A contract with the Lion’s club will be sent with your community center contract. Payment and contract for the Loin’s club is due a minimum of 30 days prior to your wedding.

Events

The Wabasso Community Center has the facilities to host a variety of special events including anniversary celebrations, rehearsal dinners, retirement parties, graduation open houses, family reunions, music and dance recitals, bridal and baby showers, and more.

Contracts need to be returned to the appropriate parties as stated on contracts:

Events with Lions Bar: minimum of 30 days prior to event
Events without Lions Bar: minimum of 10 days prior to event

Signed contracts needed for all weddings, private parties and celebrations and events that involve the raising of funds. Community Center Rental Agreement
