The City of Wabasso seeks bids to rent the following real property for a two-year term:

The South Half (S ½) of the Southeast Quarter (SE ¼) of Section Thirty-four (34), Township One Hundred Twelve (112) North of Range Thirty-six (36) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian
If you would like to make a bid, please send a sealed written offer to Library Lease c/o Novak Law, P.O. Box 39, Wabasso, MN 56293. Please provide both an annual rent amount and a total rent amount for the two year term. The City further intends to consider in the suitability of the bids the bidders’ connection to the community and ability to engage in responsible farming practices, and bidders may supplement their bid with information regarding these factors.
Bids will be opened at 4:30 p.m. on September 11, 2023, and must be received no later than close of business on Friday, September 8, 2023. The highest suitable bid will be accepted. The city intends to notify only the winning bidder of the result of this process.
The winning bidder will be expected to execute a rental contract within 30 days of being notified that they have made the winning bid.
