“I am preparing an application for the Rural Child Care Initiative Program (RCCIP) through First Children’s Finance on behalf of Redwood County, and as part of the application, a Core Team is being established to represent Redwood County for this project. If selected, the core team will partner with First Children’s Finance over a 2-year period to develop solutions that will increase childcare opportunities for residents across Redwood County, and I have also attached the project activity overview for reference. This application is due October 25th, and we are looking for 20 core team members in this short turnaround time, so please share this with your City Council members, Childcare providers or community members potentially interested in serving on this core team and respond to me with your interest no later than October 24th.
