AN ORDINANCE LICENSING AND REGULATING THE CONDUT OF BINGO
The City Council of the City of Wabasso ordains:
Section 1. Adoption of state statute. Minnesota Statutes sec 349.11 through 349.23 are hereby adopted by reference. A copy of the statutes is on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Wabasso.
Section 2. Licenses. Each organization authorized to conduct bingo shall obtain a license from the City Council; provided however that the license shall not be required if the organization conducts less than five bingo games in any calendar year.
Section 3. The annual license fee shall be $______ and the license shall be in effect for one year from the date of issue.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication as required by law.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Wabasso this 11th day of October, 1976.
