The Minnesota COVID-19 Housing Assistance Program application is now available. The program provides housing assistance payments to help prevent eviction, prevent homelessness, and maintain housing stability for eligible renters and homeowners. This can include grants to cover past due utility accounts. Local administrators will review applications from individuals and families requesting assistance, verify eligibility, and process payments for eligible expenses on behalf of households. Cities and landlords cannot apply on behalf of individuals but we encourage you to share this information with individuals that may be in need.
