Vendor Registration Info:
Fill out the form below to request a spot in Wabasso's 125th Celebration Pop-Up Market! A $20 deposit fee (cash preferred) is required and will be refunded back to you during setup on Saturday, August 2nd. Please note that your registration is not complete until your payment has been dropped off or mailed to the Wabasso Public Library. After your deposit is received, the Library will reach out to you about selecting your site.

Library Hours:
Monday - Friday:
10am-12pm, 1pm-6pm (closed over lunch)
Booth Setup/Info:
• A 12’x12’ plot area will be provided per vendor (the Library will contact you about selecting your plot after receiving your deposit)
• Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, canopies, and electricity
• No trailers or vehicles allowed on the grass of the market area. Vendors will need to unload their supplies and gear from May St, and then park in one of the designated parking areas
• Setup times will begin at 6:30am on Saturday
• Vendors are responsible for setup/takedown

Pay your $20 deposit (cash or check only) and select your booth location at the Wabasso Public Library by July 28th, 2025. Checks should be written to the Wabasso Public Library, with '125' written on the memo line.
