AN ORDINANCE SETTING OPENING AND CLOSING HOURS FOR THE CITY PARK AND PROVIDING FOR THE GRANTING OF PERMITS TO EXTEND THESE CLOSING HOURS
The City Council of the City of Wabasso ordains:
Section 1. Opening and Closing Hours for City Park Closing hours for the City Park shall be 10:00 pm. It shall remain closed until 7:00 am the day following.
Section 2. Granting of Permits. The Wabasso City Council permitted to grant specific permits to extend the City Park opening and closing hours beyond those outlined in Section 1. Permit applications can be secured from the City Clerk’s office.
Section 3. Penalty. Any person found using the City Park during hours that it is closed, shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100.00.
Section 4. Repeal. All ordinances and parts of ordinance inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
